Shipping Policy (Porter + Rose)
Processing Time (Order Prep)
All orders are processed within 3–15 business days from the date your order is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Porter + Rose is a one woman, small batch business, and this processing window allows time to:
- restock supplies if needed (in case of supplier delays),
- produce/finish products (when applicable),
- carefully pack and ship your order with care.

Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding postal holidays).
During launches, sales, or seasonal high-volume periods, processing times may run toward the longer end of the window.
Shipping Carriers & Service
We ship with:
- USPS (preferred)

UPS
All shipments include tracking.
Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using a weight-based system, so shipping rates may vary depending on:
- the items in your cart,
- total package weight,
- the shipping service selected,
- your delivery location.
Free shipping may be available on orders over $75 (before tax, after discounts)
Tracking Updates
Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a tracking number automatically.
Please note:
- Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show movement or update after a label is generated.
- This is normal—carriers sometimes scan packages after pickup, or once the package reaches the next facility.
Delivery Time (In Transit)
After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
As a general guideline, most orders ship within 3–15 business days from the date of order (this includes processing time and transit time). Carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- weather events,
- service disruptions,
- peak holiday volume,
- carrier scanning issues,
- incorrect/undeliverable addresses.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- you will be responsible for the cost to reship, or
- you may request a refund minus the original shipping cost (and any return shipping fees, if charged by the carrier).
If you notice an address error, contact us ASAP at shopporterrose@gmail.com or reach out via chat (preferred). If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at shopporterrose@gmail.com or chat as soon as possible.
- We can usually help before the shipping label is created.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, your items may ship together or in separate packages depending on packaging needs and product availability. If split shipments occur, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it:
- Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors).
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Email us at [your support email] so we can assist however we can.
Porter + Rose is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered. If you’ve had delivery issues in the past, we recommend shipping to a secure location.
